2. Service is complete. The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the entire award amount has been deposited before the MACT, North Goa, at Mapusa, in the following manner: Rs.30,12,844/- on 31.03.2025 and Rs.12,22,400/- on 30.09.2025.

3. In this view of the matter, the award stands stayed, so also executing 23rd April, 2026

28 CA 48 2025 proceeding No.07/2025 pending before the MACT, North Goa shall stand stayed till disposal of the First Appeal. This is subject to the Applicant furnishing the calculation sheet to the Respondents. The Respondents may revive their claim to seek further deposit if their claim is not fully satisfied by the deposit.
