There shall be a stay of the impugned judgment and decree dated 31.05.2025 passed in the Special Civil Suit No.26/2010/A on the appellant furnishing a Bank Guarantee equivalent to the entire decreetal amount, i.e. principal with interest calculated from the date of filing of the suit, i.e. from 29.05.2010 till date till the disposal of the appeal.

3. The Applicant shall furnish the Bank Guarantee within four 11th June, 2026

28 CA 48 2026 weeks from today. It is clarified that the order of stay shall not operate until the Bank Guarantee is deposited in the Registry of this Court.

4. Civil Application stands disposed of.
