1. During the course of the pendency of the suit, i.e. from the year 2016, till the Suit was dismissed on 30.06.2025, there was no interim relief in favour of the Appellants, who are the original Plaintiffs. In fact, the interim relief of a temporary injunction was rejected and that Order has never been challenged. The trial Court, after evidence had been led by the parties, has written a finding that the Plaintiffs had no proof that they are in possession of the suit property. This being the situation, there is no case made out for any interim relief during the pendency of the Suit.
