Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
The Court has already recorded in the order dated 5th August 2025, passed in Writ Petition No. 10195 of 2025, of which the contempt is alleged that, the amount of Rs. 38,03,000/- was transferred to the complainant.

It is necessary to note, by the said order, with a view to provide an opportunity to the Petitioner to test the legality, propriety and correctness of the order passed by the Adjudication Officer, this Court ARS 1/2
24-CP-16-2026.DOC permitted the Petitioner to deposit the balance amount of Rs.4,13,260/-, so that the Appeal could be heard on merits. 4.
There is no contempt of the order passed by this Court on 5th August 2025, as alleged by the Petitioner.

The Petition is frivolous.
6.
The Petition thus stands dismissed.
