The Respondent who appears in-person submits that he has filed petition for review of judgment and order dated 20th December, 2024 passed in Writ Petition No.5939 of 2024 and that the Review Petition is slated to be heard on 6th March, 2025. He would make a statement that till 6th March, 2025, he shall not use the flat for the purpose of guest house activity. The statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 2.
