On 30th April 2026, this Court had passed the following order : "1.

This Court, by order dated 22nd April 2026, inter alia, passed the following order :

"1. In both these matters, it is pointed out that this Court by order dated 18.09.2025 directed the Deputy Director of Education, Pune to grant approval to the appointment of petitioners by recording

reason. The relevant direction issued by this Court reads as under: "11. In the light of above, petition succeeds. The impugned order dated 5th April 2023 is hereby quashed and set aside. The Respondent No.2 is directed to grant approval to the appointment of Petitioner on full-time aided post of Shikshan Sevak w.e.f. 16th June 2022. The consequential benefits to be paid to the Petitioner from 2nd November 2022 onwards by the State Government. It will be the obligation of the management to make payment of salary and other benefits from date of appointment till 1" November 2022."

2. We expect that respondent No.2- Deputy Director of Education, Pune, come with a positive submission before this Court on next date.

3. If the order of this Court is not complied with by the next date, Respondent No. 2 the Deputy Director of Education, Pune shall remain personally present before this Court on the next date.

4. Let this matter be listed on 27.04.2026 at 2.30 p.m. 2.

It is unfortunate that, although Respondent No. 2 - Dr. Ganpat Shankarrao More, Deputy Director of Education, Pune-1, is personally present in the Court, the order dated 18th September 2025 passed by this Court has not been complied with. At this stage, Respondent No. 2 - Dr. Ganpat Shankarrao More, who is personally present in the Court, states that the order will be complied with by 4th May 2026.

Stand over to 5th May 2026 at 2:30 p.m."

Mr. Kalel, learned AGP, tenders a copy of the order dated 4th May 2026 passed by Deputy Director of Education. He submits that, accordingly, the order dated 18th September 2025 passed by this Court has been complied with.

As the order has been complied with and no further orders need to be passed in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.

In case the petitioners are aggrieved by the said order dated 4th May 2026 or any condition of the said order, the petitioners are at liberty

to adopt appropriate proceedings.

5.

The Contempt Petition stands disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
