Heard Mr. Shanay Shah, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

Mr. Shah, learned Counsel states that undertaking given to this Court to vacate the premises by 31st December 2024 has not been complied with and therefore the Respondent has committed the contempt of Court.

However, at this stage, issue simple notice to the Respndent, returnable on 17th February 2025.

In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner to serve the
