Learned advocates for respective parties submit that parties are ready to explore possibility of an amicable settlement through expert mediation. They unanimously suggest name of Mr. G.G. Suryawanshi, Advocate to act as Mediator. In that view of the matter, Mr. G.G. Suryawanshi, Advocate is requested to mediate between the parties, conduct meetings for that purpose and file his report within a period of eight weeks from today.

Parties to appear before the Mediator on 21.8.2025. 3.

The respondent/husband shall pay an amount of Rs. 5,000/- to applicant/wife, towards travelling expenses of the wife to attend the proceeding of mediation, on 21.8.2025, who shall acknowledge receipt thereof.
