The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that similar orders passed in the Writ Petitions against other Zilla Parishads, were subjected to Review Petitions which were dismissed and the SLPs were also dismissed on 20th July, 2022. 3.

In view of the above statement made on instructions by the learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad, this Contempt Petition is disposed off without issuing notice.
