1) The Contempt Petition is taken on Production Board at the instance of Respondent No.3.
2) Mr. Kadam, learned Counsel appearing for Petitioner submits that the offending structure shall be removed by Respondent No.3 himself.
3) Photographs shows that demolition of the offending structure has already commenced. There is debate between the S.S. Chavan Page No.

While respondent No. 3 submits that removal of offending structure is undertaken by him, Mr. Kamble, the learned Counsel appearing for Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation submits that the demolition action is commenced by the Municipal Officials. Be that as it may, Mr. Kadam prays for time of 10 days for removal of the entire offending structure. Accordingly, to test the bonafides of Respondent No.3, the Municipal Corporation shall defer the demolition action till 15 December 2025. It is made clear that if Respondent No.3 fails to completely demolish the offending structure by 15 December 2025, in addition to demolition of the offending structure by Municipal Corporation, this Court shall initiate contempt of Court proceeding against Respondent No.3 4) List the Contempt Petition on 15 December 2025.
