Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that during the pendency of this Application, the parties have arrived at a compromise. Therefore, the original Petitioner in H.M.P. No. 82 of 2024, of which transfer is sought in this Application, has withdrawn the said proceeding before the learned Trial Court. As such, this Application has become infructuous. His statement is accepted.

Apart from that, the status report of the said proceeding is obtained from the official website of the Court, which shows that H.M.P. No. 82 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn on 20th June, 2025. 3.

In view of the above statement and the status report, it seems that the Application has rendered infructuous.
