Mr. Sawant, learned AGP appearing for the Respondent - State submits that the Application submitted by the Petitioner has already been decided by the Deputy Collector (Resettlement), Pune on 2nd March, 2026 and therefore, this Contempt Petition does not survive. A copy of the said Order along with the forwarding letter is produced by the learned AGP which is taken on record. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has also confirmed the above fact.
