1) Mr. Mehta, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that Revision Application filed by the Respondent-Bank challenging the order dated 27 September 2024 has been disposed of on 1 October 2025 by the Court of Sessions at Dindoshi. 2) However, none has appeared on behalf of the Respondents even on a second call. By way of indulgence, hearing of the Contempt Petition is deferred till 12 November 2025.

3) It is made clear that if none appears on behalf of the Respondents on the next date, Court will be constrained to issue contempt of court notice to the Respondents.
