A prayer is made for transfer of matrimonial proceeding from the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Newasa to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad. 3.

Considering the distance between two, this Court was not inclined even to issue notice to the respondent. However, the learned Advocate informs that parties can be referred to mediation for settlement. Therefore, notice to respondent only to explore the possibility of settlement.
