Heard learned counsel for the respective parties at length. 2.

By the present application under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, the applicant wife is seeking transfer of Divorce Petition No. A-151 of 2025 from the file of learned Family Court, Pune to the learned Family Court, Aurangabad, to be tried alongwith EPetition No. 35 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Aurangabad.

In pursuance of the order dated 19.08.2025, the learned Mediator Mr. S. K. Kadam has submitted a report along-with a communication dated 13.02.2026 stating that the mediation has been successful. The said communication along-with draft consent terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' collectively for identification. 4.

In view of the above, it would be just and proper to dispose of

936mca103-25 the present application in terms of mediation report 'X'. Accordingly the Application is disposed of in terms of Mediation Report 'X'. 5.
