Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that during the pendency of this Application, the Respondent/wife has withdrawn PWDVA No. 16 of 2024 filed before the learned 6th Jt. C.J.S.D. and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gangakhed, and therefore, this Application has become infructuous. Accordingly, she tendered across the bar a copy of the order dated 18th September, 2025, passed below Exh. 1 in PWDVA No. 16 of 2024. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification purposes. Therefore, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application. Her statement is accepted. 2.

On perusal of the copy of said order, it seems that the Respondent - wife has filed withdrawal pursis (Exh. 21) before the learned Trial Court. 1 / 2
