The order of the Writ Court dated 12th January, 2024 passed in Writ Petition No.11318 of 2023, was complied with within three weeks, whereas this Court had granted six weeks' time to decide. The grievance of the Petitioner is that a wrong authority has passed a wrong order. This does not amount to disobedience.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and challenge the order passed by the concerned authority on 1st February, 2025. Gayatri Shimpi
