Since the applicant and the non-applicant have amicably settled the dispute in terms of the joint pursis Exh.50 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First, Class, Aurangabad in PWDVA No.21 of 2022, Hence, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed off.
