These three contempt petitions are filed as the judgment and orders which are passed by this Court in allowing the writ petitions filed by the petitioners have not been complied with. On the earlier occasion we had
adjourned the proceedings on the ground that the Special Leave Petitions are filed by the State Government before the Supreme Court assailing the orders passed on the writ petitions. More particularly, on 16 April 2025, to enable the orders of the Supreme Court to be placed on record, we had adjourned the proceedings for today. Today Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the Petitioners has placed on record the order dated 15 April 2025 passed by the Supreme Court whereby the Special Leave Petitions, as filed by the State Government, stand dismissed by the Supreme Court.

In this view of the matter, the orders passed by this Court are required to be complied by the State Government. We accordingly, direct the State Government to comply with the said orders. Also as fairly accepted on behalf of the Respondents by the learned AGP although relying on letter dated 16 April 2025 of the Joint Secretary, Government of Maharashtra, Agricultural, Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Farm Department and Fishfarming Department that the amounts as directed by the judgments and orders passed by this Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition needs to be complied. 3.
We accordingly, disposed of these petitions with a direction that within four weeks from the date a copy of this order is presented before the appropriate authority, the payments as directed this Court be made to the petitioners. All contentions of the parties in regard to the payments are expressly kept open.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.

In the event, our aforesaid directions as also the judgment of this Court on the writ petitions is not complied with, liberty to the petitioners to revive this contempt petitions by an interim application. 6.
Disposed of. No costs.
