Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the non-applicant, at length. 2.

By the present application, the applicant / wife is seeking transfer of H.M.P. A.No. 2253 of 2024 (Rahul Devidasrao Chandore Vs. Shradha w/o Rahul Chandore @ Shradha Ram Gaikwad), from the file of learned Family Court, Pune to the file of learned Family Court, Nanded.

Considering the averments made in the application and the convenient of the applicant / wife to attend the

(( 2 )) 925-MCA-138-2026 proceeding, it would be just and proper to withdraw the petition H.M.P. A. No.2253 of 2024 from the file of learned Family Court, Pune and to transfer it to the file of learned Family Court at Nanded. However, the non-applicant husband is working in the private, therefore, he is permitted to attend the Court through virtual mode on the day on which he is unable to attend personally. However, the non-applicant shall attend the Family Court, Nanded, personally on the day of examination in chief and cross examination. 4.

In view of above, I am inclined to grant the present application and proceed to pass the following order:-

O R D E R

(i) The Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. (ii) Hindu Marriage Petition A. No. 2253 of 2024, pending on the file of learned Family Court No.8, Pune, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of learned Family Court, at Nanded.
