The learned appearing for the applicant and learned counsel for the non applicant jointly submit that there is possibility of settlement of matrimonial dispute between the parties, if they are referred to the mediator.

In view of the above, both parties shall appear before the Learned Secretary, Legal Aid Sub Committee, High Court, Aurangabad on 16.02.2026. Thereafter, the learned Secretary shall refer the parties to the trained mediator and submit mediation report before the next date.

Stand over to 04.03.2026. Earlier interim order, if any, to continue till then.
