Learned counsel appearing for the non applicant made a statement that in pursuance of the order dated 11.02.2026, the non applicant appeared before the learned Secretary, Legal Aid Sub Committee, High Court, Aurangabad, however, the applicant did not appear; therefore, the matter posted and mediation is scheduled on 05.03.2026 for appearance before the learned Secretary, Legal Aid Sub Committee.

In view of above, stand over to 18.03.2026. Earlier interim order, if any, to continue till then.
