The learned counsel for the Respondent No.2-University of Mumbai submits that the order passed by this Court is duly complied with. In fact, the mark list had been issued and handed over to the Respondent No.1/College.

It is therefore open for the Petitioner to collect the mark list from the Respondent No.1/College. If the Petitioner approach the respondent No.1/College, they will immediately hand over the mark list to the petitioner.
