By the present application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the applicant / wife, prays for transfer of A Petition No.2203 of 2024 from the file of learned Family Court, Pune to the Family Court at Jalgaon.

The non-applicant has filed affidavit-in-reply and raised no objection for transfer.

In view of above, the A Petition No. 2203 of 2024, is hereby withdrawn from the file of learned Family Court, Pune and transferred to the file of learned Family Court at Jalgaon. 6.

Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed off.
