Heard Mr. Pandire, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Ms. Kolapkar, learned Advocate for Respondent.

Mr. Pandire in his usual fairness at the outset informs the Court that yesterday itself certain amounts have been deposited in the Bank Account of the Petitioner, inter alia, with respect to the pension and pensionary benefits which is the subject matter of the present Contempt Petition as directed vide order dated 01.08.2024. His only grievance is that though the amount has been deposited by Respondent, Petitioner is unaware about the computation and calculation of the same.

Ms. Kolapkar, learned Advocate would inform the Court that Advocate Ms. Khichi is appearing in the matter and she has received instructions from her to seek a pass over.

However considering the submissions made by Mr. Pandire, Advocate for Respondent is directed by this Court to furnish the calculation and computation of the amount which has been deposited in the Bank Account of the Petitioner by the Respondent and place the same before this Court on Affidavit so as to enable this Court to consider whether the order dated 01.08.2024 is duly complied with by Respondent or if there subsists any deficiency. Let the Affidavit be filed within a period of one from today with advanced copy of Mr. Pandire. 5.
List the Writ Petition on Board on 24th July 2025. To be listed under the caption 'First on Board'.
