Mr.Deenanath Kamath, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits, on instructions from his client, who is personally present before the Court, that during the pendency of the proceeding, the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and the Respondent (wife) is now allowing free access to the Petitioner for his visition rights of the child. In such a view of the matter, the Petitioner does not want to pursue this Writ Petition any further.
