DATED : 9 th JUNE, 2025.

P.C. :

1.

Learned AGP submits that the Revision is kept for hearing on 20.06.2025. It is assured that the Revision will be heard expeditiously. It is submitted that in view of the circumstances beyond the control of the respondents, the Revision could not be decided within the time stipulated and inadvertently an application for extension of time could not be filed. 2.

In view of the facts of the present case, we find it appropriate to extend the time to decide the Revision by a further period of ten weeks, in terms of the order dated 27.06.2024 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is cooperating with the hearing. It is needless to mention that the Revision Authority shall decide the Revision within this extended period positively. 3.

In view of this, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. Amk 1/2
