This matter is argued for some time. It is seen that, though the proceeding filed by the wife is sought to be transferred, it is sought to be transferred only by two persons and not by all the respondents in the proceedings.

The learned advocate for the applicants, on this, seeks leave to amend the application.

Leave granted. Amendment be carried out within three weeks from today.

At this stage, learned advocate for respondent makes a grievance that, though maintenance order is passed in favour of respondent, in the execution the learned Trial Court is not proceeding under the pretext that present misc. civil application is pending.

This Court finds that, pendency of this application shall not be an impediment in considering any other proceeding. Interim relief is only to the extent of matters which are sought to be transferred.
