Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant at length.

By the present application, the applicant wife is seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceeding bearing Hindu Marriage Petiton No. A-51 of 2025 (Aalash s/o Madhukar Kamble v. Varsha w/o Aakash Kamble) ) pending on the file of learned Family Court, Latur to the Court of learned Family Court, Nanded.

Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, as well as considering the convenience and feasibility to attend the proceeding Marriage Petition No. A-51 of 2025, it is necessary to transfer the said proceeding from the file of learned Family Court, Latur to the learned Family Court, Nanded. Therefore, it is hereby transferred from the file of learned Family Court, Latur to the learned Family Court Nanded for proper adjudication.

The application is allowed.
