Respondent No.1 - Mr. Kushal Kaluram Kamble who is personally present in the Court states that on or before 15th October 2025 he will deposit in the account of the Petitioner No.1 - Komal Kushal Kamble an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. The said statement made by Respondent No.1 - Kushal Kaluram Kamble is accepted as undertaking given to this Court. 2.

Stand over to 15th October 2025 at 03:00 p.m. to report compliance of this order.

It is made clear that a learned Single Judge (Coram : Manjusha Deshpande, J.) by order dated 10th July 205 has recorded finding that the Respondent No.1 - Kushal Kaluram Kamble has shown blatant disregard to the order passed by this Court and therefore, issued Contempt notice. 4.

It is further made clear that if the above statement whish has been accepted as undertaking given to this Court is not complied with then the Contempt Petition will be immediately taken up for final hearing.

Mr. Kushal Kaluram Kamble shall personally remain present on 15th October 2025 at 03:00 p.m. and shall remain present in this Court on each and every adjourn date. [MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.]
