Heard Mr. Gupta, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Khan, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent tenders affidavit-in-reply.

In Criminal Revision Application No.158 of 2022 along with Criminal Revision Application No.124 of 2022, the Consent Terms were filed and by order dated 14th February 2025 passed by this Court the Criminal Revision Application is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms and various statements made in the Consent Terms were accepted as undertakings given to the Court. 4.

This Contempt Petition is filed as the said order dated 14th February 2025 is violated. I am prima facie satisfied that the Respondent-Hamza Yusuf Shaikh has violated the undertakings given to the Court and accepted by the Court by said order dated 14th February 2025 and prima facie committed the contempt. 5.

As I am prima facie satisfied that the Respondent has committed contempt of this Court, the Respondent-Hamza Yusuf Shaikh shall remain present in this Court on each and every date of this Contempt Petition.

In the facts and circumstances, the employer of the Respondent- Hamza Yusuf Shaikh i.e. Johnson Controls India, 7th Floor, Jolly Board Tower D, II Think Techno Campus, Kanjurmarg

(East), Mumbai 400 042 be impleaded as party Respondent No.2. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Issue notice to the newly added Respondent No.2, returnable on 29th April 2025. To be listed fairly high in the Supplementary Board.

In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner to serve the newly added Respondent No.2 by private service and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.
