1) By this Petition, the Petitioner alleges contempt of the Order passed by this Court on 5th December 2024.

2) According to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, despite the statement made by the learned Addl.P.P., on instructions of Mr. Ganeshkumar Bhoyar, Assistant Police Inspector, attached to the Nirmal Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, that chargesheet would be filed within four weeks from the date of the Order, the same was not filed. 3) Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, Mr. Ganeshkumar Bhoyar, Assistant Police Inspector, has filed his Affidavit. In the said Affidavit, he has stated that during the course of the investigation, after making the statement, certain facts were revealed, which did not disclose a cognizable offence and hence, he did not file the chargesheet. It is stated that in any event, investigation of the said case has now been transferred from the Nirmal Nagar Police Station, Mumbai to BKC Police Station, Mumbai. In any event, Mr. Bhoyar also tenders his unconditional apology for his statement.
4) In view of the said Affidavit, learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition, she, however, seeks liberty to file an appropriate proceeding for further investigation or such direction before 2/3
this Court. The Petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty as prayed.
