Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we prima faice find that the respondent is in contempt of the order dated 5th December 2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition (Stamp) No.20088 of 2024.

Hence, issue notice to the respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act, to show-cause why contempt action should not be initiated against him. Notice is made returnable on 15th December 2025. Registry to ensure that the said notice is served on the respondent, through a Special Messenger.
