Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The order breached is dated 18th October 2024 which reads thus :- "1) Learned AGP on instructions in writing from Smt. Sushila Pawar, Dy. Secretary of U.D. Department dated 17th October, 2024 submitted that, Revision Application No.110 of 2024 pending before the Hon'ble Minister, Urban Development Department will be decided by the concerned Authority within a period of three months from today. The said statement is accepted.

2) In view thereof nothing further survives in the Petition at this stage.

2.1) Petition is accordingly disposed off."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a deliberate breach of the order passed by this Court inasmuch as the Corporation has failed to forward the necessary information expeditiously. In any case, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that he is interested in having the Revision Application pending before the Hon'ble Minister to be decided at the earliest.

Learned AGP placed on record a copy of the communication dated 9th March 2026 deciding the Revision. The communication specifically records that a further period of 60 days is required to decide the Revision. The Revision is being decided by the Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, we are satisfied that the request made deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the time granted by this Court in the order dated 18th October 2024 is extended by a further period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order. The petitioner to remain present along with the copy of this order in the office of the Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister on 16th March 2026 at 3:00 p.m.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
