Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned senior counsel for the intervenor and learned APP for respondent-State. 2.
Learned senior counsel for the intervenor submitted that on last date, this Court has granted interim relief to the applicant on the basis of the statement of APP that report under Section 169 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 (Cr.PC.) is filed against the applicant, but as per their instructions, no such report is filed against the applicant. 3.
Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that on last date, she wrongly mentioned that report under Section 169 of Cr.PC. is filed against Mr. Chemte and investigation is going on. Her statement is accepted. 4.
Stand over to 10th June 2025.

Interim relief, granted earlier by order dated 21st April 2025, to continue till next date.
