1) The contempt alleges breach of the judgment and order dated 9 December 2024 passed by the Family Court-7, Pune to the extent of payment of arrears of maintenance. In my view, there are adequate remedies available to the Petitioner before the Family Court to enforce and execute the order dated 9 December 2024. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage.
