The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and the non applicant jointly submits that there is every possibility of settlement in the matter of the matrimonial dispute between the parties, if the parties are referred to the trained mediator.

In view of the above, the applicant and the non applicant shall personally appear before the Secretary, Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, High Court, Aurangabad on 30.01.2026. 3.

Thereafter, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, Aurangabad shall refer both the parties to a trained mediator.

Stand over to 11.02.2026.
