The Applicant, being the wife of the Respondent, has filed this application seeking transfer of HMP No. 29/2025 pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Dharwha, Dist. Yavatmal to Civil Judge Senior Division, Majalgaon, Dist. Beed. 2.
Heard the learned Advocates for both parties and perused the record.

It is pertinent to note that during the argument, the learned Advocate for the Respondent has categorically given no objection to transfer the proceeding from Dharwha Court to Majalgaon Court. However, she urged that the learned Trial Court be

Her statement is accepted.

In view of the statement of the learned Advocate for the Respondent as well as the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to allow the Application as prayed.

As a result, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B.

The learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Majalgaon, Dist. Beed is requested to try the matter as expeditiously as possible and dispose of it at the earliest.
