By a common order dated 4th July 2022, five writ petitions came to be disposed of by this Court. Alleging willful and intentional violation of the said order, these contempt petitions are filed under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

On 16th July 2025, this Court framed charges against the respondent-contemnor nos.3 and 4. In the meantime, the order passed by the writ Court has been complied with. Mr.Kakade, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent-State tenders copies of the affidavit-in-reply on behalf of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 which are taken on record.

In view thereof, the proceedings in these contempt petitions are closed.
