The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and the non applicant jointly submitted that there is every possibility of settlement of the dispute if the parties are referred to the Mediator. 2.

In view of the above, the applicant and the non applicant shall appear before the Secretary, High Court, Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, Aurangabad on 29.01.2026.

Thereafter, the Secretary, High Court, Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, Aurangabad shall refer the parties to the present application to a trained mediator.

Stand over to 04.02.2026.
