Both the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties jointly submit that the matrimonial dispute between the applicant and non applicant may be settled, if the parties are referred to the trained mediator.

In view of the above, the applicant and the non applicant are hereby directed to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, Aurangabad on 29.01.2026. 3.

Thereafter, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, Aurangabad shall refer both the parties to a trained mediator.
