Heard the Petitioner appearing in person. It is the case of the Petitioner that the Respondent-Municipal Corporation has issued fresh notices in respect of the structures for which earlier notices have been set aside by the City Civil Court by judgment and decree dated 7 July 2008 passed in L.C. Suit No.5350 of 2000. It is submitted that the notice dated 24 March 2025 is in respect of the same structure for which earlier notice dated 24 July 2025 was issued. Similarly the second notice dated 24 March 2025 is in respect of structure for which earlier notice dated 24 July 2025 was issued. Petitioner therefore contends that the impugned notices dated 24 March 2025 are in violation of the decree passed by the City Civil Court in L.C. Suit No.5350 of 2000. katkam Page No.

Mr. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation seeks and is granted time of four weeks to file Affidavit-inReply. 3.
