Heard Mr. Vhatkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners. 2.

It is the contention of the Petitioners that the Order dated 21st February 2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Satara in PWDVA Appeal No.09 of 2022 is not complied with. 3.

Accordingly, at this stage, issue simple notice to the Respondents, returnable on 12th June 2025.

In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioners to serve the Respondents by private service and shall file affidavit of service before the returnable date.
