_______________________________________________________________ Mr. Nitin Vhatkar a/w Mr. Rohit Jha, for the Petitioners. Ms. Dhruti Kapadia, AGP, for the Respondent No.2-State. _______________________________________________________________ CORAM: MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.
DATED: 1st AUGUST 2025 P.C.:
1.
Heard Mr. Vhatkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Ms. Kapadia, learned AGP for the Respondent-State. 2.
It is the contention of Mr. Vhatkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners that the order dated 21st February, 2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Satara, in PWDVA Appeal No.9 of 2022 is not complied with. This Court, by earlier order dated 29th April, 2025 has issued a simple notice to the Respondents and made the same returnable on 12th June, 2025.
3.
Mr. Vhatkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Respondent No.1 - Somkant Prabhakar Zirpe has been served and the affidavit of service has already been filed. Thus, it appears that the Respondent No.1- Somkant Prabhakar Zirpe, inspite of service, is not appearing. Accordingly, to secure the presence of Respondent No.1 - Somkant Prabhakar Zirpe issue bailable warrant against the Respondent No.1 in the sum of Rs.10,000/-, returnable on 22nd August, 2025.
