By the present application, filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the applicant-wife is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. A-66 of 2025 from the file of learned Family Court, Dharashiv, District Dharashiv to the file of learned Family Court, Ahmednagar, District Ahilyanagar.

Considering the facts and the grounds set out in the memo of application and considering the convenience of the applicant-wife, this Court is of the view that the Hindu Marriage Petition No. A-66 of 2025, pending on the file of learned learned Family Court, Dharashiv, District Dharashiv needs to be withdrawn and it needs to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Ahmednagar, District Ahilyanagar for proper

ORDER

(i) The Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

(ii) The Hindu Marriage Petition No. A-66 of 2025 is hereby withdrawn from the file of learned Family Court, Dharashiv, District Dharashiv and it is transferred to the file of learned Family Court, Ahmednagar, District Ahilyanagar (iii) This order be communicated to both the Courts.
