The second appeal is pending for final hearing. The contempt petition alleges breach of an order of status quo. The prayers in the suit are in respect of plot no. 14 which forms part of larger area. At this stage, it is not possible to identify the suit property for ascertaining whether there is any breach of order of status quo. Hence, contempt petition shall be heard alongwith the second appeal.
