This Contempt Petition is arising out of the alleged breach of the order dated 24/11/2011. According to the Petitioners, the statement made about not creating 3rd party interest or parting with possession was breached. 2.

Today, the main Civil Revision Application in which above order dated 24/11/2011 was passed, has been disposed of as withdrawn, because the parties have settled the dispute amicable and the possession of the subject matter gala has been received by the Petitioners. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel Mr. Vaishnav that since the possession is already handed over, alleged contempt if any, stands purged. akn 1/2

Notice under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is not issued. As the Petitioners have received the possession of the subject matter gala, I do not see any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. 5.
