No. 150 of 2024, which is pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara, District Satara, to the file of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shrigonda, District Ahmednagar, which falls within the jurisdiction of this Bench, whereas the Court in which the petition is pending falls within the territorial jurisdiction of the Kolhapur Circuit Bench. 2.
