The issue is with regard to the compliance of the directions set out in the order dated 3rd February, 2025 passed in Writ Petition No.14035 of 2024.

The learned Advocate representing the Respondents submits, on instructions that the file is pending with the Ministry of Defence and is being dealt with by Col. Debasish Nath. The learned Advocate for the Respondents further submits that the proposal for clearing the payments will be accepted within 30 days and the arrears will be paid to the Petitioners within one week thereafter. We have perused the records, in view of the submissions of the learned Advocate Mr. Warunjikar, which indicates that the original Petitioner had assured the Court that the payment would be made to the Respondents (present Petitioners). 4.

In view of the above, let the proposal be cleared within 30 days from today and payment be made to the present Petitioners within one week thereafter, failing which Mr. Debasish Nath will have to remain present in the Court on the next date. 5.

List this matter on 18th July, 2025 in the urgent orders category.
