Notwithstanding opportunities granted by this Court, the order dated 3rd February 2025 passed in Writ Petition No.14035 of 2024 has not yet been complied by the contemnor-respondents. This is so that on last three occasions time was granted to the contemnor-respondents for complying the aforesaid order of the writ Court, but, four weeks further time is again sought by Mr. Amarendra Misra, the learned counsel for the contemnorrespondents so a to enable the contemnor-respondents to comply the writ Court's order.

On instructions, Mr. Amarendra Misra, the learned counsel for the respondents states that necessary sanction has been accorded for payment to the petitioners and the file is at the final stage and disbursement order has to be passed by Major General Shipra Sharma, ADG, APS. 3.
Post this matter on 26th August 2025.
4 Before that date, the learned counsel for the respondents shall apprise the aforementioned Authority about this Court's order dated 3rd February B.D.Pandit-SPS 1/2
2 48 CP-260-25.doc 2025 and compliance by taking approval/sanction for disbursement from Major General Shipra Sharma, ADG, APS within two weeks. 4.
Let copy of this order be transmitted to Major General Shipra Sharma ADG, APS for information and taking necessary action, through all electronic modes.
